About PrintDrop – Pre Order Questions

Everything you need to know!

What is PrintDrop?

PrintDrop is a Pay as you Go – Print on Demand – White Label – Dropshipping – Fulfilment – Wholesale Printing Service – a Production Partner for Artists and Designers who sell on Etsy, Not on the High Street, Amazon Handmade, eBay, WooCommerce and Shopify. We print mugs, coasters, water bottles and much more. We also offer a product photography service for store owners. But that’s all a bit of a mouthful, so that’s why we call it PrintDrop.

How does it work?

We offer three main services depending on your preferences and volume of orders. Our preferred method, is receiving your ‘sold orders’ csv file, which can be downloaded from your selling platform and uploaded to our site. Everything we need to know is within your csv file. You will be emailed a daily invoice via Square or Stripe Payments. As soon as you pay, we can begin printing your orders.

If you have lower volumes, you can also place single orders individually and enter the shipping address at checkout.

Our UK clients can order in bulk by taking advantage of our wholesale printing service and sending the goods to your customers, your home, fulfilment centre or retail store.

We also offer a warehousing and storage service if you need your goods quickly during the busy season. Stock up on your best sellers, then post out to meet demand.

Can I integrate my store?

Integration is only available by prior arrangement. When our shipping software integrates with your online store, your orders are automatically sent to our software shortly after payment. This means that all of your orders will be sent. If PrintDrop will be fulfilling most of your store’s orders, then we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. PrintDrop is aimed at American Etsy sellers who wish to access the UK and EU markets without the long shipping times and expensive shipping costs. As a UK based print on demand service, your UK customers will not receive surprise import and admin fees.

Our very efficient Royal Mail can ship to every country in the world. However, please bear in mind that not all countries have efficient or functioning national postal systems, so please consider this when setting up your online store.

Why use PrintDrop?

Because PrintDrop understands your business. We print mugs…lots of them! As photographers and designers who have sold giftware online and stocked our range in gallery gift shops since 2002, we fully understand what is required to run a successful online creative business.

Print quality is our main priority. We could cut costs by offering a budget service and cheap products, but we know that your customer does not want to receive gifts which have been printed to a poor standard. So that’s why we are best placed to help your creative business grow.

We are not a big tech company with shareholders promising you riches and freedom, we’re just passionate about photography, design and printing. So let us offer you our skill and expertise. Our experience in spending an eternity researching the best materials and perfecting printing techniques to deliver a great looking product, so that you may concentrate on your art and selling.
