ONE. Download our design templates.

We require print ready files. Download the PrintDrop design templates and insert your high quality/ print resolution artwork. You may use any software which opens and edits psd files such as Adobe Photoshop or Gimp. Download our free design templates here.

Give your file a design code, so we can match your order and design. Details about design codes can be found here. You can use your PrintDrop 5 digit order number for a file name if sending a one-off personalised design.

TWO. Order a sample.

We strongly recommend that you order a sample before committing to a large order. Ordering a sample allows you to make final checks on your design and to test our service. Order a sample, or dropship an order directly to your customer here.

THREE. Upload your artwork.

We will check the quality of your designs once an order has been placed. Upload your design via WeTransfer to sales.printdrop@gmail.com or upload it here. Place multiple files in a zip file.

Once you are happy with everything, you can also order in bulk here.

How soon will I receive my order?

Samples and individual drop shipped orders are despatched within 3 business days, plus a UK delivery estimate of 2 or 2-5 business days depending on your chosen delivery option at checkout.

Large bulk orders are despatched within 2-7 business days, plus a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Do you offer a tracked service?

Tracked services are only available with our bulk orders at present. Small orders are sent untracked via Royal Mail.

Untracked parcels will have a delivery confirmation ‘tracking number’ in the event of a customer non receipt claim. These can be requested after the 5 business day delivery estimate.
